Abstract

Strawberry is a plant of the Rosaceae family, whose fruit is delicious and bright red. In India, it is cultivated in cold regions, but now it is being cultivated easily even in temperate climate. It is often used in making jam, juice, pie, ice cream, milk shake, etc. Many essential nutrients are also found in its fruit which are very beneficial for our health. Due to the increasing price and demand of Strawberry, farmers are getting attracted towards its cultivation. It is a fast earning fruit as compared to other fruits. Which can give good profit in low cost.
