The criteria used to evaluate the success of a project manager's efforts will have varying levels of significance based on the individual's position within the project. This paper set intended to discover what makes NGOs' projects in Bamenda successful. A causal research strategy was used for this investigation. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to examine the survey data collected from employees of SIRDEP and CARITAS Bamenda. The structural modelling equation found that public education and involvement positively influenced the outcomes of NGOs' projects in Bamenda. The study's author also demonstrated that the effectiveness of NGOs' projects in Bamenda was bolstered by political influence from inside the country. It was also shown that NGOs in Bamenda benefited from using a project management technique. Conversely, PPM was shown to have a detrimental impact on the project success of NGOs in Bamenda. Analyses of the data also showed that NGOs in Bamenda benefited significantly when their human resource stocks were high. In order to improve the project's chances of success, the research suggests that the project management office or committee place a greater emphasis on community awareness and engagement. The report also suggests that internal political influence be boosted to increase project efficacy and, ultimately, success. The research concludes that a more systematic approach to project management is necessary to raise the success rate of initiatives. Stressing the importance of a well-developed project management approach over the whole project life cycle is essential. The general objective of the study was to analyze the need assessment skill of the participants of the Foundation and Special Foundation Course. A total of 272 respondents were finally included in the study from three Foundation Training courses and three Special Foundation Courses using a purposive sampling technique. The research results provide knowledge on ICT skills. Most of the participants have basic ICT knowledge. In some cases such as typing skills, organizing online meetings, developing online questionnaires, MS office applications, networking, and e-Nothi they are not skilled enough to serve their official task smoothly. It is also found from the study among the respondents that physicians are poor in ICT compared to other officials. Most of the participants are not aware of ICT policy and can’t manage ICT work as per policy. A snowball sampling approach was used to collect the data from 20 small and medium scale industries in Nepal. 300 workers from the four industrial estates, who work in a range of industries, make up the sample. These workers' viewpoints served as the foundation for this study's analysis. Three stages were involved in gathering these workers' viewpoints. Many factors determine the effective implementation of GHRM practices. The notable determinants include societal contribution, environmental concerns, competitive financial advantage, economic considerations, government pressure, government incentives, community pressure, top management support, market share growth, media relations strategies, public relations strategies, and sustainable policies. However, many potential factors create barriers to the implementation of GHRM practices in their industries. These include the cost of implementing green practices, the complexity and difficulty of adapting green technology, lack of awareness about environmental management, lack of organizational support, lack of managerial interest, employee resistance, and poor level of knowledge. Some other factors such as lack of understanding of green policies, lack of financial gains, lack of support from staff, and high employee turnover also hinder effective practices of GHRM in Nepalese industries. Industries, nowadays, must implement environmentally friendly HR initiatives and practices to ensure the sustainable use of resources, which will increase efficiency, decrease waste, and improve job-related behaviors. To facilitate the effective application of GHRM practices, they must establish a supportive environment. There are different sources of funds which could be used by the entrepreneur like venture capital firm or angel investors etc. Funds could be arranged from these funding agents only when the startups have a proof for their concept. Similarly, loans could be provided by banks, but there is a possibility to get from the banks only when the applicants is being backed by assets. It is very important for providing seed funding to the startups who are having an innovative idea for conducting proof of concept trials. Government is not directly funding the startups under Startup India initiative. For providing capital at different stages in the business cycle, Government has implemented Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS) Scheme and Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS). This study is based on secondary data which is based on Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS) Scheme and Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS). Data has been analyzed using tables and graphs. The conclusion from the study is that there are many startups in our country and the Government has taken initiatives to provide support to the startups. India, a developing middle- lower income country with a massive population of 17.7% of the total world population, ranks second from top after China. This pandemic has led almost all the people of the country to deal with economic, social and emotional costs. An attempt in this study was made to investigate impact of globalization and work culture in offices focusing on understanding the changes caused due to COVID-19 on globalization, as our Hon'ble Prime Minister appeals for ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT and work culture in offices. We find that globalization has been impacted; people made shifts towards the Indian products and services with government also putting ban on various global trades and services. Work culture in offices shifted to work from home, the best alternative for now but faced criticism too; its feasibility would completely depend on the nature of the business/industry. In order to do this, an electronic questionnaire which portrayed answers to the above stated issues was constructed and surveyed. The approach of data collection was primary sources. The financial and psychological consequences of the Covid-19 have been substantial too many people. As businesses went bankrupt, many lost their jobs, and scores of people worldwide dealt with psychological crises of redundancies, isolation, and loneliness. The idea of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leads to Sustainability and Peace" is still largely misunderstood and is typically portrayed in a pessimistic light as only the absence of violent conflict. The conventional wisdom holds that we can only successfully nurture and uphold peace and sustainability if we completely understand the complexity of violence, conflict, and sustainability. Since we are not taught anything about peace and sustainability at school, we tend to focus our thoughts on violent conflict and aggressive behaviour rather than on how to end these potentially disastrous behaviour patterns (Coleman, 2012). According to this point of view, a conflict management method known as precluding is implemented to cope with the destructive dynamics of disagreements after they have come into existence. Typically, this is accomplished through a series of speedy, externally-motivated fixes. Eventually, that leads to sustainability at the core of the approach. In order to address the current lack of peace and sustainability in the world, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the concept of prevention from the point of view of conflict resolution rather than conflict avoidance based on innovation and entrepreneurship. The ultimate objective is to reach the end of an agreement over the nature of the actions that need to be taken globally to preserve peace and sustainability. And avoid violence successfully for the prosperity of one and all across the globe, considering The phrase "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" means "World is one Family" from Maha Upanishad (Brown, B. 1922) fits the modern global corporate culture.
