Abstract

The relevance of Indian religion and philosophy is established. Indian life style is supreme. Ashram theory is a regular process for the achievement of best in the life from birth till death. Ashram is derived from the word ‘Shram’, means to do labour. There are four ashrams Bramhacharya, Grihastha, Vanprastha and Sanyasa, through working on ashram theory one gets upliftment on various stage in one’s life at the different stages of one’s age.
