Abstract

The teaching tradition in India is believed to be an uninterrupted flow since ancient times, inspired by the student life character and the experience of “Jeevanm Sharadshatam”. Teaching itself has created a fendency of search through knowledge and wisdom by refining the basic tendencies of human life. Searching for its cause and result by orderring the events that happened in the society and happened in the society and finding new avenues for the future etc. have proved to be milestones for educational history. Indian public has always been inspired by the spirit of gentle and ashram excellent awakening and main reason for this has been the teacher here. Maturity in the discharge of its inherent responsibilities of the teacher, effectiveness in the methodology, quality in life today has impressive implications, therefore, the time friendly teacher-based conditions should be votuated so as to get the benefit of the effectiveness of the state of his work and the maturity of the skill.
