Indian yogi's for the first time developed yoga therapy in order to inculcate self awareness, divine realization, thinking capacity of soul and make human body healthy. They invisaged amazing body fitness and grater mental power through yoga. In this modern world we can get all benefits of yoga for improvement in health that comes with regular practice. By practicing yoga methodically you can lift your immune system, being in a healthier, balanced physical and mental condition; can create great environment in your body for self-healing. Yoga promotes self-understanding and this allows you and your body to reconcile itself. Yoga viewpoint concentrates on proper operation of all systems in your body and their appropriate coordination with a healthy mind.
