Blockchain technology has surfaced as a compelling solution for ensuring security in recent times cybersecurity defenses and boost data integrity. This paper delves into the integration of blockchain technology within cybersecurity frameworks, exploring its potential advantages and hurdles. Through a comprehensive examination of existing literature and case studies, this study illustrates how blockchain can alleviate various cybersecurity risks, encompassing data breaches, unauthorized access, and tampering. Additionally, it discusses the outcomes of blockchain adoption across diverse industries and outlines potential avenues for future research in this dynamic domain.
