The interior metric obeyed all the relevant physical and thermodynamic conditions and matched with Vaidya exterior metric over the boundary. The model is physically and thermodynamically sound as it corresponds to the non-negative expressions for non homogeneous fluid density, both the radial and transverse pressures and radiation flux density throughout the fluid ball. Initially the interior solutions represent a static configuration of perfect fluid which then gradually starts evolving into radiating collapse. Consequently we have obtained the expressions of mass energy, physical radius, apparent luminosity, surface redshift and surface temperature of collapsing radiating star. It would be more suitable to apply fuzzy measures to approximate human subjective decision-making process when the additivity and independence among the decision-making criteria are not necessary. In this paper, we propose a new intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral operator for multi-criteria decisionmaking problem with interaction phenomena among the decision making criteria. We introduce two operational laws on intuitionistic fuzzy values. Based on these operational laws and fuzzy measure, an intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral operator is proposed. Algorithm of multi-criteria decision making based on the proposed intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral operator is presented. A real-life example of ranking is also provided to illustrate the developed approach in multi-criteria decision making. To show the superiority of the proposed intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral operator, it is implemented in portfolio selection problem and portfolios are analyzed for their return and risk. The effects of viscous dissipation and heat generation/absorption are incorporated on principal equations of the problem. The suitable transformations are used to convert governing equations into nondimensional ODEs. Then equations with boundary conditions are solved with Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg method of 4-5th order with shooting technique. The relevant parameters impact on velocity, temperature and concentration are shown through graphs. The result shows that increasing value of chemical reaction parameter is responsible for increasing rate of mass transfer. In up gradation process new version of the software is released in the market with some new features. The process is repeated and referred to as multi-up gradation. The model has been developed using logistic test effort function. logistic distribution described increasing/decreasing phenomenon fairly. Three generations of the model have been developed and compared using statistical tools R2 and MSE. Results validate good fitting of the third generation to a given dataset.
