About the Journal
DMEJL is a peer-reviewed and interdisciplinary academic annual law journal. It endeavors to serve as the leading forum for a thoughtful and scholarly engagement for a broad range of complex issues at the intersection of law, public policy and social change in world. It, therefore, places emphasis on representation of diverse perspectives and invites articles presenting opinions on fundamental, long-term, systemic problems of human rights and governance, as well as emerging issues, and possible solutions to them. it concerns itself with articles from all the diverse areas involving contemporarily socially and politically relevant legal issues ranging from business law, civil rights and civil liberties, environmental law and human rights, international law, law and gender, law and public policy, law and technology, sports and entertainment law. Towards this end, DMEJL encourages critical reflections that are based on empirical observations and experience as well as theoretical and multi-disciplinary approaches.
