Leadership Qualities for Physical Education Teachers from the Point Of View of Students of Some Schools in Al -Gharraf District

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the leadership characteristics of physical education teachers from the point of view of students of some schools in the Al-Gharraf district. To achieve this, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (24) items distributed on three areas: (The leadership field, the social field, the educational field) The first field contains (8) paragraphs, the second field contains (9) paragraphs, and the third field contains (7) paragraphs, and the study sample consisted of (60) students from some schools in Al-Gharraf District in Dhi Qar Governorate, and the results of the study showed that all fields It was influential in the personal characteristics of physical education teachers and that the leadership field came to a large extent on all fields of study and on the overall field..
